Really pleased with the service on my flat roof repair. Quick response, punctual and friendly, and no messing about. They assessed the problem, clearly knew their trade and were happy to get straight on with the job. Very practical and versatile in how they approached the work, which meant they could sort the problem efficiently without turning it into a much bigger and more expensive job than necessary. Fair price for the work done and everything was completed quickly and tidily.
Original job was to fix/replace a leaking gutter which then went on to include replacing a down pipe, repair some grouting and a flat roof drainage problem above which was causing a leak in my kitchen ceiling. I was so pleased with the work Francis and his colleague did and the price that I decided to go further… The front of my property was looking quite shabby and almost derelict looking, that I asked Francis for a price to do it up… I was a bit reluctant to spend more money considering I was only planning to do a gutter but decided to go ahead. They fixed some of the soffit and removed a blockage then painted the front tiled section above my windows between my ground floor flat and the flat…
Called me promptly. Arrived on time. Completed job efficiently & went to get parts within the quoted price. Promised to return if problem reoccurred when it next rained. Very friendly. Highly recommend Taylor.
